Intro to Gouache Landscape Workshop

Gouache (rhymes with squash) is a wonderful versatile medium. Let's explore a landscape. Guest Instructor: Robert Meriwether

Learn how to craft your own beautiful natural scene using gouache paints! This is a great intro to the medium, allowing you to explore while composing a landscape. We will go over what techniques give a landscape depth, atmosphere, and beauty.

 Offered to ages 17 & up. Guest instructor Robert Meriwether Materials needed:

Gouache Paint will be provided, brushes will be available to borrow from the art studio.  You are welcome to bring your own brushes as well.

Please do bring the following

Supplies needed:

1.Canson XL watercolor, or Mixed Media paper 

2.a few reference photos of landscape images for inspiration (these can be on your phone)
