Service Description

90 min class, Thursday Morning 10:30 am -12:00 pm Adult Studio Art March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6 Learn to control your hand & create while truly seeing with your artist's eyes! We will cover line, tone, composition, color & more all with a dose of fun. All projects are drawing-based, we then add color with colored pencils, light watercolor, pastel etc! This is an art education class with traditional fine art skills, taught through demos, practice, conversation, and critiques. We discuss contemporary art and art history, job skills, and more all while building confidence and community. Get ready to be challenged! Each session of classes covers NEW projects so you can continue to work on your developing your skills all year, every year. IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU? Are you a not-so-beginner or Intermediate artist? Join the class! Haven't drawn in YEARS? Yup, Grab a seat! Draw every day but want more confidence? Grab a chair! Art Materials: A list of supplies needed to bring to every class will be emailed after registration Class size capped 6 Session dates: March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6 **Masking Policy** Proof of double vaccination needed to be unmasked in class must be shown. Cancelation Policy

Our Policies for Class, Camp and Workshops can also be found on our website https://www.artclasswithmary.com/policies Unless otherwise noted, classes are open to all and recommended for beginner to intermediate levels. Artists should be enrolled within their school age groups. **Summer camp is for age 6 and up** NO water bottles or food is permitted in the studio at this time. Proof of double vaccination to be unmasked- or mask up! No make-up Classes at this time. -Artists missing a workshop do so at their own loss. (one-time class) -No refunds or prorates for missed classes. -Individuals who withdraw from their course (6-week art class) within 2 weeks before it begins, may do so less $35 processing fee. -An enrolled student withdrawing 1 week before, or after, it begins will receive no refund, unless outstanding circumstances exist (e.g medical condition with Dr note, or extreme family emergency). However credit can be extended to a class of equal value, minus any classes attended and less a $35 processing fee. -$35 fee to change summer camp weeks IF there is availability Art Camp Withdrawl/Refund Policy: * If notice is given 90 days or more before the start date: full refund is given less a $35 processing fee.
 * If notice is given 60 days,  before the start date: a refund is given less a $60 processing fee.
 * With less than 30 days' notice given, no refunds will be given. 
 * Students who fail to show up, will not be refunded.
 Class cancellations due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances will be notified via email, and posted on social media.
