90 min class, Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm Adults and Advanced Teens 8th gr and up Session dates: Sept 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, (SKIP 13), 20 Teens there is a prerequisite to join this class! See more details below: Learn to control your hand & create while truly seeing with artist's eyes! We will cover line, tone, composition, color & more all with a dose of fun. All projects are drawing-based, we then add color with colored pencil, light watercolor, and more if time allows! This is an art education class with traditional fine art skills, taught through demo, practice and conversation. We work at a fast pace discussing contemporary art and art history, job skills and more all while building confidence and community. Get ready to be challenged! Each session of classes covers NEW projects so you can continue to work on your developing your skills all year, every year. IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU? keep reading! ADULTS: Are you a not-so-beginner or Intermediate artist? Join the class! Haven't drawn in YEARS? Yup, Grab a seat! Draw every day but want more confidence? Grab a chair! ADVANCED TEENS: *8th gr & up, Must have received a personal invitation from me, OR email 3-5 images of your work to with the subject line "Advanced Teen Art Consideration" Wondering if you should send images of your work? Do you have an art teacher in school that encourages you to take things further? Still not sure? Let's chat!! Send me 3-5 images of your drawings and let me have a look! **Make sure the images are nicely lit, so I can view them easily.** LOVE to draw, but not feeling advanced or ready for the fast pace? Join the studio art class at 4pm on Thursdays. Take THAT class first and let's chat at the end of that 6-week course before moving you into this one! *A list of supplies needed to bring to every class will be emailed after registration Class size capped at 15 Session dates: Sept 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, (SKIP 13), 20. *NOTE 5 week session Proof of double vaccination needed to be unmasked in class must be shown. Cancellation Policy

Our Policies for Class, Camp and Workshops can also be found on our website Unless otherwise noted, classes are open to all and recommended for beginner to intermediate levels. Artists should be enrolled within their school age groups. **Summer camp is for age 6 and up** NO food is permitted in the studio at this time. Masks worn in ALL classes unless noted Class cancellations due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances will be notified via email, and posted on the Facebook page. No make-up Classes at this time. Materials may be picked up to work on projects at home to stay current -Artists missing a workshop do so at their own loss. (one-time class) -No refunds or prorates for missed classes. -Individuals who withdraw from their course (6-week art class) within 10 days of class beginning, may do so less 35% class fee. -An enrolled student withdrawing AFTER it begins will receive no refund, unless outstanding circumstances exist (e.g medical condition, or family emergency). However credit can be extended to a class of equal value, minus any classes attended and less a 35% enrollment fee and material fee. -$35 fee to change summer camp weeks IF there is availability Art Camp Withdrawl/Refund Policy: Cancellation 21 days or more before the start date: 75% tuition refund Cancellation 14–20 days before the start date: 60% tuition refund Cancellation 7–13 days before the start date: 40% tuition refund Cancellation 0–6 days before the start date: no tuition refund The fee is due to advertising for the class seat at a premium and purchasing materials based on class numbers.
